Paper Harbour: Where Planning Meets Purpose
Sisters Janice Kenny and Alyssa Gallant founded Paper Harbour with a shared passion for creating a planner that reflected their Canadian roots and busy lifestyles. After years of searching for a Canadian-made planner and coming up short, Janice enlisted Alyssa, a graphic designer, to bring the idea to life. In 2019, their first planner launched, and the overwhelming response from like-minded Canadians revealed a shared desire for practical, homegrown organizational tools.
Paper Harbour planners are designed and printed entirely in Canada, with a portion of proceeds supporting tree-planting initiatives across the country. The name "Paper Harbour" is inspired by the sisters’ upbringing in a small fishing village on Prince Edward Island, where local harbours were central to community life. Their products embody this spirit, fostering connection, growth, and a sense of belonging.
Janice, based in Alberta with her family, balances business ownership with the demands of a busy life. Alyssa, living on Prince Edward Island, combines her love for design and nature to craft products that inspire.
Together, they aim to build a community of individuals who plan, grow, and flourish, helping others "set sail on creating your best life."
